Armstrong Creek Update 1/21

The Armstrong Creek sections SS1 and SS6 were groomed yesterday . These trails are rated Excellent . As other drivers have posted, we saw a lot of traffic this weekend . I did a little brushing on that last corner section before Interesection 30 . After returning to Armstrong, I headed North on SS2 up to Newald . The recently opened trail up there is looking much better and I have begun to widen it a bit . Continuing North to the NST1 up to Junction 5 and down to Hwy O, this section North of Hwy O is super flat and smooth . It takes a lot of blade work with the Tucker at low speed to keep the trails flat and manageable . 16.5 hours in total yesterday. There are a couple of corners where "Carl" has been blowing the snow off and exposing the ice base under the trail . Riding this week should produce nothing but
